crazy dork

you know that feeling you have sometimes that you just cannot explain? you can't describe it, not even to yourself? yah, that feeling. I have it.

I went for my first walk today since I don't know when. I walked the entire four miles, too. I was afraid my knee might not agree with it..I have a torn meniscus in my right knee. I have put off having the recommended surgery for reasons most of you already know. but I did well! it took my a bit longer than it used to but it felt great.

I am going to try and go like I used to..three to four times a week. it makes me feel great, both inside and out.
