last hurrah

my daughter had a friend over on sunday....sort of a last hurrah before school starts on tuesday, which is tomorrow! hard to believe my son will be taking the bus off to the fifth grade and my daughter will be in second grade. they were just born, or so it seems. my days will be more open but the slowly filling with substituting, pto obligations and finally getting this house in order. as you may have read in previous posts, I am slowly trying to get rid of things around here that aren't really needed. if you link to the original post from the sidebar, you can read about it. and the running total is the hundreds. yeah for me! I am hoping to rid my house of even more "stuff" that is not needed in my life. so, wish me luck and to you, I say, enjoy the last days of summertime.
