well, we are finally getting the AC taken care of. here is a picture of the old unit..the one that sat outside our dining room window...not sure of the official name....(the guys are at lunch so I had to take some photographs.) I had H stand next to it for perspective..

now, the next photo is of the unit which will replace the above unit...in the same place, once I dug up some beloved hostas and moved them. they had said in the beginning it wouldn't be any problem, that I did not have to move them. I guess they were wrong as I had to dig up and move 3-4 large hostas this morning.
