just a note of thanks to those of you who prayed, called or gave me a hug (sandy!!) in the last 12-24 hours. H is done throwing everything up but will of course still shed the virus for a while coming from the other end. she slept through the night and has eaten a bit of applesauce and has had something to drink. she is still in bed, quite lethargic but her body is doing what it needs to do in order to recover.
