shadow of the moon

these are pictures of the recent solar eclipse.
aren't they great? my favorite is the shadow
of the moon on the flower. this did not occur where we could witness it but there are many photos available on line that are just incredible. how about the shadow of the moon on the earth, taken from satellite?

I do believe spring is here. the temperatures have been warmer and we have had rain. J said they had a song before recess was to be...

rain, rain, go away,
come again another day,
C'ville kids want to play,
recess is inside today.

I guess there was some fun with the indoor recess time today. what can you do?

tball practice is at 5. baseball practice is Mon and Thurs. once games start, we will be cheering for the kids on Mon and Fri for tball, and Tues and Thurs for baseball. H is excited as this is her first year.

so will the rain go away? it is away right now, but the sun is out warming things up so we are under a tornado watch through the evening. say your prayers.

until the next time....

Be glad of life because it gives you the chance to love, and to work and to play and to look up at the stars. ....Henry Van Dyke
